Root802 News
Root802's latest go-live is Boston University's "Empowering Recovery from Opioid Use Disorder" website at oudtreatmentce.org.
Another continuing medical education program from Boston University's Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, the project was developed in part by an independent educational grant from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine.
Intended for physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, the site serves a streaming video devoted to Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD). After completing a post-test following the video, users earn educational credits.
This fall, we're expecting to add live webinar sessions to the site's educational offerings.
Root802 handled all design, coding and database architecture for the site, with graphics provided by Boston University.
We've partnered with Boston University with many continuing medical education sites over the last dozen years, including the venerable SCOPE of Pain, which is devoted to safer opioid prescribing education.
