Based in Shelburne, the firm is a partnership of Snyder Homes and The Braverman Company that specializes in residential, mixed-use, and neighborhood-scale communities.
The company's flagship project is South Burlington City Center — a 27-acre mixed-use new town center located 1.5 miles from the University of Vermont. Since its inception, as managing partner and majority owner, Snyder Braverman has developed more than 675 residential units and significant commercial space.
